Sales Manager

About the role

TFN Solutions is seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead and execute sales strategies that attract new B2B clients, close high‑impact deals and expand our footprint across local and global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, engage and nurture new B2B leads in key verticals such as education, finance, SMEs and real estate.
• Prepare compelling proposals, pitches and presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with project, technical and marketing teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular communication and service excellence.
• Lead, mentor and train sales representatives or business development associates as the team expands.
• Track key performance indicators, maintain accurate CRM records and report progress to executive leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B technology, SaaS or IT solutions sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong understanding of software, IT infrastructure and technology service offerings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑driven, strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
