Sales Manager - Construction Equipment

About the role

Harcadiax Systems Ltd is looking for a Sales Manager to lead the sales of construction equipment and heavy machinery. The role covers strategy, account acquisition, key account management and coaching the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for construction equipment and heavy machinery.
• Lead the sales team to achieve revenue, volume and profitability targets.
• Acquire corporate accounts among construction firms, contractors, mining companies and equipment rental businesses.
• Manage key accounts, commercial negotiations, quotations and high-value equipment sales.
• Develop sales forecasts, budgets and territory expansion plans.
• Monitor market demand, competitor activity and equipment pricing.
• Coordinate with technical, logistics, finance and after-sales teams.
• Coach sales personnel and prepare performance reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 6-9 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 2-3 years in a sales management or supervisory position.
• Proven experience selling construction equipment, heavy machinery, forklifts or industrial capital equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to secure corporate accounts and negotiate high-value contracts.
• Willingness to travel across assigned territories.
