Sales Intern

About the role

Harcadiax Systems Ltd is hiring full-time Sales Interns in Nigeria. The intern supports daily sales, showroom, customer service and administrative activities, and works alongside the sales team on lead follow-up and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily sales, showroom, customer service and administrative activities.
• Respond to basic customer enquiries and support lead follow-up.
• Update spreadsheets, customer records and departmental reports.
• Assist in preparing quotations, presentations and sales documentation.
• Support market research, lead generation and competitor monitoring.
• Help with appointment scheduling, filing and office administration.
• Take part in training and other assigned departmental activities.

Required profile

• Current undergraduate, recent graduate or eligible student in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and professional conduct.
• An interest in automotive sales or business operations is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic email use.
