About the role

The Sales Intern will support Princeps Credit Systems Limited in promoting its loan products, contacting prospective clients, and assisting the sales team with daily tasks while gaining practical sales experience.

Key responsibilities

Reach out to prospective clients via phone to introduce loan products and services.
Identify clients' financial needs and suggest suitable loan options.
Generate leads, follow up on referrals, and convert leads into loan applications.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs for loan product sales.
Prepare regular reports on call outcomes, sales achievements, and market feedback for management.

Required profile

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1‑2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
Fluent English; Hausa is a plus.

What we offer

Base pay of NGN 80,000 per month.
Performance‑based sales commission.
