Sales Executive & Senior Sales Executive – Insurance

About the role

NSIA Insurance Limited is expanding its retail footprint and seeks dynamic Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives to drive growth of its non‑life insurance portfolio across Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new retail and corporate clients for non‑life insurance products.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and potential clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, execute sales strategies and consistently meet or exceed individual and team targets.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs, trends and competitor offerings, delivering tailored solutions.
• Senior role: lead business development initiatives, mentor junior executives and manage high‑value client accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum HND education.
• Sales Executive: 1–2 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Senior Sales Executive: 3–5+ years of successful sales track record in non‑life insurance or corporate financial product sales.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Strong networking and client‑acquisition capabilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with high self‑motivation and resilience.
• Understanding of non‑life insurance products and NAICOM regulations is an advantage.
