Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

Ecogrove Realty is hiring a Sales Executive in Abuja to identify prospective buyers and investors, manage property enquiries and close sales. The role covers lead generation, property presentations, client guidance and marketing support, with a target-driven approach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective buyers and investors through prospecting, referrals, networking and digital channels.
• Respond promptly to enquiries, qualify leads and follow up consistently to close sales.
• Schedule and conduct property inspections, presenting project features, pricing and payment plans clearly.
• Guide clients through property selection, purchase documentation and payment milestones.
• Explain approved property investment offerings accurately, including terms and risks.
• Create and feature property videos, walkthroughs, promotional content and social media campaigns.
• Support exhibitions, open houses, realtor engagements and other marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, inspections, client feedback and sales progress.
• Meet agreed sales targets and provide regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in real estate sales, marketing, customer service or a related role.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence on camera and willingness to take part in content creation.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and basic mobile content creation.
• Good organisation, consistent follow-through and a target-driven mindset.
• Professional appearance, integrity and excellent client service.
• Knowledge of Abuja's property market is an advantage; availability for inspections and occasional weekend events.
