Real Estate Marketer

About the role

Bridge Numerics is hiring a full-time Marketer in Abuja to promote its properties, projects and services and to generate qualified leads and sales. The role covers lead generation, property presentation, client engagement, sales conversion and market research.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run marketing and sales strategies, and proactively reach out to prospective clients and investors
• Generate leads through field marketing, networking, referrals, events and digital channels, and build a steady pipeline of prospects
• Present properties professionally, explain features, pricing, location, benefits and payment options, and conduct viewings and site visits
• Follow up leads, handle objections, negotiate within company guidelines and coordinate with internal teams to close deals
• Monitor market trends, pricing and competitors, research new customer segments and build a professional network
• Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events and promotional campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings and sales, and prepare regular reports on marketing and sales progress

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Real Estate or a related field
• 1-2 years of marketing or sales experience; real estate or property development experience is an advantage
• Previous experience in real estate or a related industry is an advantage
• Female candidates are preferred; candidates should preferably live in Abuja FCT; preferred age 23-30
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, inspections and viewings

Required skills

• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, lead generation and sales conversion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with CRM or customer management tools is an advantage
• Strong sales negotiation, persuasion and client relationship management skills
