Sales Executive – PVC Products

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to expand the market reach of our PVC product portfolio, which includes rain boots, PVC footwear, and hair thread. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories and market segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Present product features, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve or exceed targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
• Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of field sales experience in footwear, plastics, or FMCG.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and results‑oriented.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
