Sales Executive – Paint & Coatings

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Sales Executive to drive revenue for our paint and coating products. The role involves prospecting, building relationships, identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, negotiating, closing deals and fostering repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of paint and coating products to new and existing customers.
• Prospect, generate and convert qualified leads into customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, developers and other industry stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to follow‑up.
• Identify new markets, territories and business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, chemistry or a related field (preferred).
• 2‑5 years proven sales/business development experience, preferably in paints, coatings, building materials, construction, chemicals or a related industry.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong B2B field sales, lead generation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive, target‑driven and comfortable working independently.
