Sales Executive – Luxury Beauty

About the role

Montaigne AH Limited, Nigeria’s leading luxury beauty, skincare, fragrance and wellness retailer, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth across Lagos State. This full‑time position focuses on generating leads, acquiring corporate and high‑net‑worth clients, and expanding the brand’s premium market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold outreach, networking and market research.
• Present and demonstrate premium cosmetics, fragrances, skincare and spa services to individual and corporate prospects.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms, prepare proposals, sales contracts and invoices, and close high‑value deals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth clients, ensuring repeat purchases.
• Record leads, pipelines and conversions accurately in CRM software.
• Monitor competitor trends, participate in trade shows and events, and provide post‑sales support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field.
• Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, relationship management or luxury retail operations.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a personal alignment to high‑end beauty and wellness brands.
