Sales Executive

About the role

Castel Resources is hiring a Sales Executive based in Anambra, Nigeria. The role focuses on growing revenue by finding new sales opportunities, building customer relationships and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to increase revenue.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote the company's products and services to prospective clients.
• Negotiate sales terms, prepare quotations and follow up on potential customers.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and transactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and give feedback on market trends to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, HND or relevant qualification in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing or business development.
• Must reside in Anambra State or be willing to work there.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and deliver results.
• Good organisational skills and basic computer proficiency.
