Market Expansion Executive

About the role

The Market Expansion Executive will drive the identification and entry into new markets for Hireeast.ng, focusing on high‑potential territories and customer segments. This role combines strategic analysis with hands‑on field work to build a robust distribution network and increase revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new markets, territories, and customer segments with strong sales potential.
• Locate and engage potential distributors, wholesalers, retailers, plumbing‑material dealers, contractors, and developers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Generate leads, convert opportunities into active customers, and develop partnership programs.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and offers.
• Prepare regular reports on market opportunities, customer acquisition, sales growth, and expansion activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or market expansion.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and distribution channels.
• Comfortable with field work, customer visits, and travel to new markets.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of expansion projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
