About the role

Sylvastar Group Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive property sales and investment opportunities in Abuja. The role focuses on generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales in the real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads into property sales and investments.
• Market and sell Sylvastar Group’s real‑estate properties and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, realtors, and property agents.
• Conduct property inspections and professionally present properties to prospective clients.
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to drive conversions and close sales.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, investors, realtors, and property professionals.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Abuja’s districts, neighbourhoods, landmarks, and investment potential.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, new developments, and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to increase enquiries, inspections, and sales conversions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales, property marketing, or a related sales role.
• Strong knowledge of the Abuja real‑estate market and its documentation processes.
• An existing network of clients, investors, realtors, or property agents is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship‑management skills.
• Target‑driven, proactive, confident, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work full‑time onsite and meet assigned sales targets.
• A degree/HND in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
