Sales Executive

About the role

ISN Medical is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth of its consumer healthcare product portfolio across designated territories. You will be responsible for expanding market presence, building strong distributor and retail relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and increase market share for consumer healthcare products.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors and retail partners.
• Manage distributor and retail networks to ensure product availability and visibility.
• Execute territory sales plans, promotions, and product presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and trade partners.
• Support order processing, delivery follow‑up, and payment collection.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular sales reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related field (Second Class Upper or Upper Credit).
• Minimum 2 + years of progressive sales and business development experience, preferably in consumer products, healthcare, medical diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
