Sales Executive – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue for a leading hotel in Abuja. The role focuses on generating corporate and individual business, promoting hotel accommodations, event spaces, and catering services while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate and individual business opportunities.
• Market and sell hotel rooms, conference facilities, event halls, weddings, and catering services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organisations, government agencies, embassies, NGOs, travel agencies, and event planners.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop innovative sales strategies that increase occupancy and event bookings.
• Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain an active customer database.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and capable of working independently.
