About the role
ABNM HR is seeking a dedicated Waiter to join its team in Abuja, Marina. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide information about food and beverages.
- Take customers’ orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Check on customers to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and service.
- Respond to customer questions, requests, and complaints politely.
- Clear and clean tables and maintain a tidy dining area.
- Process bills and payments accurately when required.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Work closely with kitchen and other restaurant staff.
- Restock service areas and ensure tables are properly prepared.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter.
- Minimum of a diploma in a related field.
