Sales Executive - B2B Pharmaceutical

About the role

Allensmart Limited is hiring a Sales Executive in Abuja (Marina) to drive new business and retain customers in the pharmaceutical sector. The role covers B2B sales to retail pharmacies, private hospitals, nursing homes, clinics and wholesale distributors, with a focus on building long-term relationships and exceeding targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, map and prospect potential B2B clients and run multi-channel outreach including field visits, cold calls, email campaigns and networking at trade shows and medical conferences.
• Pitch the value proposition, covering catalog breadth, pricing structures, credit terms and delivery SLAs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with pharmacy owners, procurement managers, hospital directors and lead pharmacists, and conduct regular account reviews.
• Monitor account orders, forecast reorder cycles and re-engage dormant or declining accounts; expand wallet share through cross-selling and upselling.
• Lead commercial negotiations on volume discounts, payment terms and delivery schedules, and work with legal, credit and compliance teams on formal sales agreements, tenders and vendor contracts.
• Ensure customer onboarding complies with pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines and credit policies.
• Track competitor pricing, promotions and product availability, and identify product gaps to help source high-demand items.

Required profile

• A minimum of 3 years of experience.
• A minimum of a degree in a related field.
• Ability to exceed targets.
