Relationship Officer (Multiple Cities)

About the role

FairMoney is seeking a motivated Relationship Officer to acquire new merchants and generate revenue across Lagos, Ibadan, and Abeokuta. You will develop sales strategies, build merchant relationships, and contribute to the growth of our transaction finance services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new merchants and meet revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and create plans to capitalize on them.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts with merchants.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
