Sales Associate – Small Business

About the role

Reliance Health is seeking a results‑driven Sales Associate to grow customer acquisition and revenue in the Lekki and Ikeja areas. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while delivering a seamless experience for prospects and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new markets and business opportunities within the Lekki and Ikeja territory.
• Call potential customers, explain products and encourage purchases.
• Promote and sell Reliance Health plans to SMEs and MSMEs, especially in the offline space.
• Maintain and grow strategic industry relationships and networks.
• Overcome client resistance, provide solutions and close sales.
• Use CRM systems and sales analytics to track performance.
• Generate leads, nurture client relationships and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in any discipline.
• Completed NYSC or hold a valid exemption letter.
• Reside near Lekki or Ikeja.
• 1‑2 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in health insurance, general insurance, financial institutions or real estate.
• Proven track record of setting sales goals, meeting targets and closing deals.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Ability to analyse sales data and forecast performance.
