Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Development Representative to drive business growth for Tenece. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, managing client conversations, and closing high‑impact deals. You will own the full sales journey from outreach to conversion, focusing on revenue expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving client needs to sharpen outreach strategies.
• Initiate and lead value‑driven conversations with prospects, achieving monthly quotas for qualified leads and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the full sales cycle with urgency and accountability.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to eliminate early‑stage friction and accelerate deal closure.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in cold outreach and objection handling.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Odoo) is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3‑5 years of sales or customer‑facing experience; knowledge of IT services or tech solutions is beneficial.
