Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

SKINNEDORBITAL is a technology company combining artificial intelligence, aerospace innovation, biotechnology research, sustainability systems and advanced engineering. It is hiring a Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive awareness, generate leads and support revenue growth for its technology solutions. This is a contract, hybrid role based in Lagos, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers, conduct product presentations and demos, and manage sales pipelines.
• Develop and run marketing campaigns, create sales materials and coordinate with internal teams so messaging and positioning stay consistent.
• Provide customer support, gather client feedback and deliver training to partners or customers on product features.
• Prepare regular performance reports on sales and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with lead generation, opportunity management and closing deals.
• Experience in training and sales management, such as coaching team members or partners and overseeing basic sales processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, and comfort in a technology-driven environment; interest in AI, aerospace, biotechnology or sustainability is an advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of marketing principles, digital outreach and basic analytics.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and productivity software; experience with social media and digital marketing platforms is beneficial.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
