Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

Olayiwola Enterprises, a growing business based in Bushbuckridge, Mpumalanga, South Africa, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist in Jos North. The specialist identifies and pursues new sales opportunities, engages with prospective and existing customers and promotes the company's products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns
• Manage customer relationships and prepare sales reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals
• Provide product information and demonstrations and support training initiatives for sales staff
• Work on-site in Jos North to build client connections and support local market activities

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, with the ability to meet targets and close deals
• Experience in sales management and training to support and guide sales teams
• Ability to conduct basic market research and contribute to marketing initiatives
• Good organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage
