Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Officer will drive lead generation and property sales for Innara Consulting’s real‑estate portfolio. You will combine digital marketing tactics with direct sales activities to attract and convert buyers for land, apartments and other developments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through digital marketing, networking, referrals, events and direct outreach.
• Market and sell the company’s properties, preparing quotations, proposals and payment plans.
• Conduct property inspections, presentations and open‑house events for prospective buyers.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of prospects, clients and sales activities.
• Use social media and other digital platforms to promote available properties.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective property campaigns and promotional materials.
• Research market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.
• Negotiate offers within approved guidelines and ensure proper documentation of sales transactions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking leads, conversions and revenue.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets while complying with company policies and real‑estate regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum of a degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing or real‑estate sales.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close property transactions.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

• Proficiency with social media platforms for property promotion.
