Sales and Marketing Executive - Security Industry

About the role

A proactive, results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive is sought to drive business growth, increase brand visibility and expand the client base within the security industry. The ideal candidate has prior experience marketing security solutions, manned guarding services, electronic security systems or related B2B services. The position is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to promote the company's security services.
• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities across corporate, commercial, residential and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits and business negotiations.
• Generate qualified leads and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Support digital marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns.
• Maintain customer records and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Gather customer feedback and recommend service improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in marketing, business development or sales.
• Prior experience in security solutions, electronic security, facilities management, manned guarding or a related service industry is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of B2B sales and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Business development and sales, negotiation and presentation skills, market research and strategic thinking.
