About the role
Leadway Assurance is looking for a full-time, entry-level Sales and Marketing Associate for its Sales Division. The role is hybrid and focuses on maintaining and expanding client relationships, identifying business opportunities and meeting sales targets. It is based in Lagos, Sagamu, Abeokuta or Ibadan, with some work from home flexibility.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Handle client questions, inquiries and complaints
- Generate leads from social media
- Maintain client records
- Meet sales targets
- Prepare daily sales reports
- Take part in team meetings
- Make sales calls
Required profile
- Minimum OND, HND or B.Sc in any discipline
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
