Sales and Business Manager

About the role

Sure Diagnostics (LLC) is a medical diagnostic business in Lagos, Nigeria, offering clinical pathology, haematology, ultrasound, CT scans, x-rays, microbiology and biochemistry, along with consultancy and diagnostic support. It is looking for a full-time, on-site Sales and Business Manager in Lagos to drive business growth and expand the client base. The role covers sales strategy, relationship building with hospitals, clinics, corporate clients and partners, and market opportunity identification.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, corporate clients and partners.
• Identify new market opportunities, monitor market trends and prepare and present proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Manage sales pipelines and set and track performance targets.
• Coordinate with clinical and operations teams so that service offerings match market needs.
• Provide regular business performance reports to senior leadership.
• Represent the company at industry events and promote its services in line with its mission and values.

Required profile

• Proven ability to generate new business and retain key clients.
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics or medical services, with an understanding of clinical and diagnostic workflows.
• Strategic planning, market analysis and forecasting capability.
• Team leadership and people management experience, including goal setting, coaching and cross-department collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic data analysis for sales reporting and decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
