Retail Sales Specialist

About the role

Fortunara Beauty is looking for a Retail Sales Specialist to join its Ikeja store on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will engage customers on the sales floor, understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable skincare, haircare and makeup products.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome shoppers, provide product demonstrations and answer questions to create a positive store experience.
• Process transactions, maintain accurate sales records and support visual merchandising by organizing shelves and displays.
• Stay updated on product features, promotions and brand standards while contributing to sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong retail sales and product knowledge in beauty or cosmetics.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic numeracy and POS handling abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum high school diploma; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and shifts as required.
