Retail Sales Associate

About the role

The Retail Sales Associate is the first point of contact for customers at our Experience Centre. You will guide visitors through the showroom, deliver product demonstrations, and drive sales while ensuring a memorable, experience‑first journey.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, orient them to the Experience Centre, and log the next action in the CRM for every visitor.
• Maintain the store’s visual standards, demo readiness, and report any maintenance issues.
• Conduct qualified product demonstrations, capture budget and timeline details in the CRM, and achieve a minimum 40% conversion rate from demos to sales.
• Process all transactions accurately, enforce payment‑first policy, and record revenue across product categories.
• Follow up with customers within 48 hours post‑purchase, assist with setup queries, and nurture a full active client book.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in a related field.
• 3–5 years in a customer‑facing role where experience quality is measured (e.g., premium retail, hospitality, technology showroom).
• Proven experience in a demo or showroom environment, explaining and demonstrating products.
• Comfortable with a base‑plus‑commission compensation model tied to monthly KPIs.
