About the role
Join RecXchange, a global recruiter collaboration platform, as a remote recruiter. Work from anywhere, access live global vacancies, and submit qualified candidates to client hiring processes. Earn a placement fee of $3,000‑$11,000 for each successful hire.
Key responsibilities
- Access and review live global job openings on the platform.
- Source, screen, and submit candidates that match client requirements.
- Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
- Track candidate progress and ensure successful placements.
- Earn commission fees directly from each placement.
Required profile
- Current or former agency recruiters seeking additional placements.
- Freelance recruiters building their own business.
- Recruiters between roles who want to continue billing.
- Professionals with strong candidate networks and sourcing experience.
