Remote Client Conversion Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a Remote Client Conversion Specialist to turn everyday customer interactions into revenue opportunities for global e‑commerce brands. You will work from home, guiding shoppers through the post‑purchase journey and recovering abandoned sales.

Key responsibilities

• Re‑engage customers who have abandoned carts, offering personalized solutions and incentives to complete purchases.
• Manage the customer journey via targeted email and chat, ensuring a smooth post‑purchase experience.
• Provide product expertise and tailored recommendations to increase transaction value.
• Resolve customer inquiries and minor technical issues quickly while maintaining trust.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of e‑commerce customer service or support experience, preferably via chat or email.
• Proven persuasion ability with a track record of converting leads or recovering sales.
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms and CRM tools.
• Reliable remote work setup and strong communication skills.
