Remote C# Developer for AI-driven LLM Evaluation

About the role

Turing is seeking an experienced C# developer to join a remote team building large‑language‑model (LLM) evaluation and training datasets. You will work at the intersection of software engineering and AI research, helping to create realistic software engineering tasks for LLMs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and triage GitHub issues across trending open‑source libraries.
• Set up and configure code repositories, including Dockerization and environment setup.
• Evaluate unit‑test coverage and overall code quality.
• Modify and run codebases locally to assess LLM performance in bug‑fixing scenarios.
• Collaborate with researchers to identify challenging repositories and issues for LLM evaluation.
• Lead junior engineers on project tasks when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Tech‑lead level competence with complex codebases.
• Familiarity with high‑quality public GitHub repositories.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
