Software Engineer Intern

About the role

We are looking for two motivated Software Engineering Interns to join our remote team in Nigeria. Over a 12‑week structured internship you will contribute to real product development, sales enablement and documentation while gaining hands‑on experience with modern web technologies and AI concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software using our standard tool stack and infrastructure.
• Create responsive landing pages for gated content with integrated lead‑capture forms.
• Build, document and keep a reusable demo environment for the Kokoodi platform, ensuring it is branded and stable.
• Provide technical support for marketing activities such as webinar platform setup.
• Assist in writing product documentation, feature lists, technical specifications and annotated screenshots.
• Design and implement a simple V1 dashboard to display key success metrics for pilot clients.
• Conduct technical reviews of assets and document processes for future hand‑offs.

Required profile

• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on user experience.
• Collaborative mindset and genuine interest in software development.

Required skills

• Web fundamentals: HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
• Familiarity with front‑end frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and GitHub.
• Basic understanding of AI, Large Language Models and prompt engineering.
