Relationship Manager – Multiple Locations in Nigeria

About the role

Ecobank is seeking experienced Relationship Managers to drive growth across several Nigerian states. The role operates in a competitive financial services environment, requiring strong market insight, collaboration across business segments, and a focus on delivering integrated banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing branch budget estimates and analyse local market growth opportunities.
• Work jointly with Consumer & Corporate Banking segments and product partners to increase Ecobank’s wallet share.
• Achieve targeted product cross‑sell ratios and grow customer adoption of Ecobank’s products and services.
• Grow the deposit base with emphasis on low‑cost deposits, collections, and digital channel utilization.
• Ensure credit approval memoranda meet bank policy and monitor loan limits.
• Conduct regular business performance and profitability reviews, keeping NPL and PDO ratios within budgeted limits.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, branch ambience, and compliance with policies and regulations.
