About the role
The Relationship Manager will drive client acquisition and nurture ongoing relationships for our immigration services. This role focuses on converting prospects into satisfied, paying clients while supporting the company’s growth targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and source prospective clients for immigration services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct consultations and provide information on available immigration pathways.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and performance objectives.
- Maintain accurate client records and provide regular progress updates.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Degree in a related field.
