Relationship Manager – Healthcare & Education (Sales)

About the role

As a Relationship Manager for the Healthcare and Education sectors, you will lead the commercial sales effort for solar and battery solutions across Nigeria's most power‑critical institutions. You will build a pipeline of private hospitals, clinics, schools and universities, positioning the company as the most credible and financially accessible partner.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new accounts across private hospitals, diagnostic centres, pharmaceutical chains, private schools, polytechnics and private universities.
• Map power‑critical loads (e.g., ICU, theatre, labs, ICT labs, hostels) to create precise solar and battery backup cases.
• Engage key stakeholders such as Medical Directors, Hospital Administrators, Proprietors, Bursars and Estate Managers.
• Leverage healthcare associations and education networks for introductions and referrals.
• Work with Technical Services to scope systems, build financial models and prepare proposals for purchase or financing.
• Present proposals to executive boards, hospital committees and school proprietorship groups.
• Maintain and grow relationships with installed accounts, manage renewals, expansions and act as escalation point for commercial issues.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly pipeline and revenue reports and track sector developments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and business development within healthcare or education sectors.
• Ability to analyse load profiles and develop financial models that demonstrate ROI.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills at executive level.
• Proactive approach to account growth, warranty management and referral generation.
