About the role
The Insurance Sales Person at Leadway will identify prospective clients, present suitable insurance products, and close sales to meet individual and team targets. This full‑time hybrid role combines office work in Lagos with flexible remote days.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of individual and corporate clients.
- Explain policy terms, prepare quotations, and support clients through application and claims processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely policy issuance.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to grow the client base.
Required profile
- Proven experience in insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of life and non‑life insurance products and brokerage practices.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build trust.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage multiple client engagements.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with office productivity tools such as email and spreadsheets.
