Regional Training Manager

About the role

The Regional Training Manager will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of learning programmes for employees across the assigned region. This role ensures consistent, high‑quality training that supports the company’s strategic objectives and drives professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an in‑house consultant on learning and capability development issues.
• Partner with branch leadership to identify learning needs, design interventions, facilitate delivery and assess impact.
• Provide regular feedback and recommendations to branch leaders based on field observations.
• Develop and implement training programmes aligned with branch and corporate strategies.
• Support recruitment and capability development of branch resources as required.
• Analyse sales and operational data to produce insightful reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and other functions to ensure the sales team has necessary resources.
• Manage recruitment needs for sales and operations teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑6 years of B2B sales experience, with a total of 5‑7 years professional experience.
• Knowledge of FMCG sales is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication abilities.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and creative mindset.
• Passion for learning and performance improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google tools.
