Regional Sales Manager

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales activities across the assigned region, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for a manufacturing company. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor actions, adjusting approaches as needed.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Participate in promotional events and product presentations to boost brand visibility.

Required profile

• BSC or equivalent non-degree certification.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, technical sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in English; French or Arabic is a plus.
• Own car and willingness to travel within the region are advantageous.
