About the role

Fourcore Technology Solutions Ltd is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead its portfolio in Nigeria. The role involves shaping strategy, driving growth, and overseeing operations to ensure profitability and market relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic direction and annual business plan for the assigned portfolio.
• Own business growth and revenue generation, including customer acquisition, market expansion, and partnership development.
• Build a strong business development pipeline and lead high‑value proposals, pitches, and negotiations.
• Manage senior relationships across government, private sector, development organisations, and clients, representing the company at high‑level forums.
• Set KPIs, service standards and drive operational efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Oversee financial performance: budgets, revenue targets, forecasts, profitability, and cash flow.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to align solutions with market and customer needs.
• Lead, coach and develop team members and functional leads, fostering a high‑performing, accountable team.
• Prepare management reports and provide executive insights, recommendations and action plans.
• Manage financial, operational, commercial, reputational and compliance risks.
• Lead major strategic projects, transformation initiatives and change management.

Required profile

• Minimum BSc qualification.
• At least 6 years of experience in a similar senior management role.
