Regional Coordinator – Ogun

About the role

The Regional Coordinator is a line‑manager position responsible for overseeing regional operations, profitability and team management in Ogun.

Key responsibilities

• Manage regional profit and loss, develop growth plans and control costs.
• Oversee inventory execution, compliance and overstock management at hub level.
• Recruit, train and coach regional Jaza Stars, Super Stars, Inventory Stars and Tech Stars.
• Lead performance management through meetings, coaching and reviews.
• Resolve service interruptions, customer complaints and technical issues at hubs.
• Maintain relationships with local government officials and represent the company in legal affairs.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on progress, growth and competitors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and business development.
• Deep understanding of last‑mile community sales and customer acquisition.
• Experience managing junior sales executives and motivating teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
