Regional Coordinator (Kogi State)

About the role

The Regional Coordinator will act as the line‑manager and business owner for the Kogi State region, reporting to the Country Business Operations Lead. The role combines profit‑and‑loss responsibility, inventory oversight, team recruitment, training and performance management to drive regional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage regional profit and loss by creating and executing growth plans while controlling costs.
• Oversee inventory execution, ensuring compliance with inventory policies and keeping missing packs below 1%.
• Recruit, train and coach regional Jaza Stars and Super Stars, aligning hiring needs with performance goals.
• Lead regular performance reviews, one‑to‑one coaching sessions and team meetings.
• Resolve service interruptions and customer complaints at the hub level, coordinating with Tech Stars for technical issues.
• Maintain relationships with local government officials and represent the company in legal affairs.
• Prepare weekly progress reports, monthly growth reports and quarterly competitor SWOT analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in last‑mile community sales.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate junior sales executives.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
