Regional Coordinator

About the role

The Regional Coordinator is a line‑manager position responsible for overseeing regional operations, profitability and team performance. Reporting to the Business Operations Lead, the role includes recruitment, training and coaching of the regional team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quarterly and monthly regional growth plans to achieve target active customers, monthly recurring revenue and ARPU.
• Manage regional profit and loss, controlling costs while driving growth.
• Oversee inventory execution, ensuring compliance with inventory policies and maintaining overstock and missing pack rates below defined thresholds.
• Recruit, train and coach Jaza Stars, Super Stars, Inventory Stars and Tech Stars.
• Lead performance management through meetings, one‑to‑ones, coaching and reviews.
• Resolve hub‑level service interruptions, technical issues and customer complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with Tech Stars to maintain hub uptime and support field operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with local government officials and represent the company in legal affairs.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on progress, growth, and competitive analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in last‑mile community sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing junior sales executives and driving team performance.
• Analytical ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
