Regional Branch Manager – Lagos (2 openings)

About the role

Elvaridah Limited is seeking two experienced Regional Branch Managers to oversee its walk‑in outlets in Surulere and Lekki, Lagos. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving sales growth and maintaining high quality standards across four stores.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with head‑office operations to manage production planning, raw‑material forecasting, inventory levels and logistics.
• Review stock usage, approve requisitions and enforce portion‑control to minimise waste and protect margins.
• Supervise day‑to‑day outlet operations, conduct store audits and ensure compliance with brand standards, hygiene and food quality.
• Lead and develop branch supervisors, production managers and kitchen leads, handling performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Track daily sales, set outlet targets, implement local campaigns and monitor footfall to achieve revenue goals.
• Report sales and financial data to the finance team, monitor profitability and ensure timely submission of cost templates and budgets.
• Enforce SOPs for food preparation, packaging and hygiene, performing daily quality checks.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple retail or food‑service outlets.
• Strong ability to supervise teams, drive discipline and improve performance.
• Excellent analytical skills for inventory, sales and financial reporting.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on cost control and revenue growth.
