Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to lead our talent acquisition initiatives in Lagos. You will manage full‑cycle recruitment, build pipelines and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience for both clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment life cycles, from job profiling to offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to define position requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Maintain active talent pipelines using job boards, professional networks, social media and internal databases.
• Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate feedback sessions and manage candidate communications.
• Track recruitment metrics, prepare regular hiring reports and monitor time‑to‑fill and quality‑of‑hire targets.
• Build proprietary talent pools, assessment templates and candidate evaluation methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency or corporate talent acquisition.
• Professional HR or recruitment certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM‑CP).
• Proven expertise in candidate sourcing techniques, competency‑based interviewing and talent mapping.
• Strong project management ability to handle multiple complex hiring accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
