HR Executive

About the role

We are seeking an HR Executive to manage day‑to‑day HR operations, recruitment and employee relations for Jomivic Travel in Lagos. The role will support the organization’s people strategy and ensure compliance with labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations and employee‑related matters.
• Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding and maintain employee documentation.
• Coordinate staff attendance, leave, resumption and exit processes.
• Support performance management, staff evaluations and employee development.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Address employee relations issues and resolve workplace concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
• Assist payroll administration and maintain accurate employee information.
• Promote a positive, respectful and productive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with management to improve organisational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, recruitment and performance management.
• Good understanding of Nigerian employment and labour regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools.
• Proactive, firm, approachable and capable of working independently.
