HR Coordinator – Recruitment, Payroll & Analytics

About the role

The HR Coordinator will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, payroll and HR analytics for project and site personnel across the nation. This role ensures accurate employee records, supports workforce planning and maintains compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and mobilization activities for project and site staff.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and personnel databases confidentially.
• Support payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, leave tracking and timesheet coordination.
• Prepare HR, manpower and employee analytics reports for management review.
• Develop and manage HR reporting tools in MS Excel, including trackers, dashboards and pivot tables.
• Assist with visa, travel, accommodation and employee mobilization requirements where applicable.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams on manpower needs and staffing updates.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies, labor regulations and site procedures.
• Support performance management, employee engagement and disciplinary processes.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
• Assist in the administration and coordination of training and development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and fast‑paced project environment.
• Experience supporting large manpower operations or projects is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• HR reporting and analytics, including manpower planning.
• Familiarity with HRMS systems and digital reporting tools.
