Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at Sabrina Properties Ltd in Lagos. The role involves overseeing the full employee lifecycle and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to retention and exit.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate employee training, development, performance management, and appraisals.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and staff welfare.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Maintain accurate employee records and prepare relevant HR reports.
• Advise management on workforce planning, employee matters, and HR-related decisions.

Required profile

• A minimum of 3 years of experience.
• A minimum of a degree in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies and practices.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
