About the role

eRecruiter Africa is a results-driven recruitment consulting firm focused on talent acquisition, management and related services. It is looking for a Recruitment Consultant in Ikeja to resource and place top talent with top companies, building both candidate and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Find talent using a range of methodologies and develop relationships with candidates
• Resourcing new candidates through networking, headhunting and database work
• Build new client relationships through cold calling, networking and lead generation
• Advertise roles according to each client's specific requirements
• Prepare interviews and give candidate interview feedback
• Stay up to date with each client's specific requirements

Required profile

• Recent graduate with 1 year of experience in an agency or recruitment consulting role
• Experience working with cloud-based solutions
• Database discipline
• Flexible availability outside a typical 9-5 schedule, depending on client demands
• Strong negotiation skills and understanding of the sales process
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
