About the role
Our client, a fast‑growing recruitment consulting startup, is looking for a smart, resourceful, and people‑oriented Recruitment Associate to join the team. You will support both talent sourcing and business development while helping shape the brand’s social media presence.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates for various roles across industries.
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including interviews and client updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and create engaging recruitment‑related content.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, sales or a related field (internships count).
- Strong communication and people skills with a self‑starter attitude.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Canva (or similar design tools)
