Real Estate Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Real Estate Project Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our residential estates in Port Harcourt and the wider Rivers State region. The role combines project management, facilities oversight, and tenant relations to ensure a high‑standard living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage estate operations, maintenance, and security services
• Supervise estate personnel and external vendors
• Handle tenant issues and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor facilities, infrastructure, and utilities
• Ensure compliance with estate rules and company policies
• Submit regular performance and incident reports
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and security protocols
• Oversee budgeting for estate services

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Estate Management or related field (mandatory)
• At least 2 years of hands‑on estate management experience
• Experience with large or multi‑unit residential estates is an advantage
• Strong people‑management and communication abilities
• Good knowledge of facilities management and service coordination
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Based in or willing to relocate to Port Harcourt
